R&D LAB

We support our customers through both in-house and outsourced Research & Development activities, including Natural Products Extraction and Purification, Analytical Profiling, Phytoengineering, Process Intensification, and Operational Standardization. Our approach encompasses:

  • Review of the most up-to-date literature (scientific publications and patents) and industrial insights related to R&D, processing, and quality control (QC) methodologies, as well as ingredients and final product specifications.
  • Method Development, Experimental Design and Process optimization pertaining to steps or technologies such as:
    • Drying, Curing & Grinding of Plant Material
    • Maceration, Percolation, Soxhlet, Aqueous, Alcohols (EtOH-IPA) & Organic solvents
    • Supercritical CO2 Extraction (SFE)
    • Microwave/Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction (MAE & UAE)
    • Filtrations (micro/ultra), Adsorption Resins (AR), Centrifugal separations
    • Liquid-Liquid Extraction and Annular Centrifugal Extraction (LLE & ACE)
    • Molecular Distillation and Short-Path Evaporation (MD & SPE)
